Step 1 – Contact Us
If you’re interested in requesting A&A’s services, reach out to us! You have a couple of options:
Email us with a description of what you kinds or services you’re looking for. Then we can get back with you to get enough details to determine whether A&A is a fit for your needs.
Give us a call at (215) 852-7406. We’ll ask some questions to understand your needs. If A&A seems like a good fit for your needs, we will arrange a visit with our senior project manager to get more details.
Step 2 – Visit
During our visit to the site for which you’re seeking our services, we get the chance to meet you in person and get a better sense of the scope of work that your project would entail. We get a better idea of your vision, your goals, your budget, your timeline and what challenges we’ll need to solve to deliver your new or improved space.
Step 3 – Estimate and Proposal
At this step, we consider all the information we’ve gathered from our initial contacts and visit, compare them with similar jobs we’ve completed and your specific needs. This will allow us to draw up a proposal and give you a ballpark estimate of the cost of your proposed project.
Step 4 – Contract
Once we have come to an agreement with you on the proposal and costs, we will draft a contract; which will include the project scope, the services to be rendered and the budget range. After contract signing and receipt of a deposit, we will schedule the work and begin ordering materials. Also, before beginning any work, our senior project manager will be ensuring that we have devised a clear plan for completion from start to finish.
Step 5 – Project Execution
This, of course, is the exciting step where we transform your vision for your space into a reality. A&A’s priority is to deliver to you the best craftsmanship, customer service and timely completion. We maintain regular communication with you throughout the process. We will let you know if anything unexpected arises so we can help with any decisions you need to make for moving forward.
